This website is run by mental health service users who suffer from all forms of mental health in Rugby in the United Kingdom.
We and that means you, are all experts in our own field of mental health – because we are the ones who suffer from it, and as such have to dig our own way out of our own black holes.
If you can give anyone hope or suggest things that you find that have made life eaiser or better for yourself then let us know, try not to go on about pills and potions, lets leave them to the psychiatrists and doctors.
You will see that we print a magazine called R.U.N. we started this service user magazine, its called R.U.N. and that stands for Rugby User News, if and when you read it, you feel that you would like us to put an article in it, please send it to the address on the front cover, or send it to us by email mentalhealth@rugbydisbailityforum.org
If you are taking an article from a magazine or paper please send it with the date, where you saw it, and the magazine or paper you found it in, please check that any items you have are copyright free or that you have permsission to use them as if you don’t it is illegal to use.
